Vans’ first skate shoe, the DB Era, is covered in a variety of colours and cylindrical shapes. The inspired design resembles the self-titled album cover from which Space Oddity appeared.

The checkerboard coat David Bowie wore on the cover of his Hunky Dory album inspired these slip-on shoes. They boast fuzzy checkerboard uppers accented by yellow suede and the musician’s name on the pull-tab.

Ziggy Stardust’s red boots inspired these sleek red patent leather high tops. Like the character, they are bold, fabulous and chic all at the same time.

We love this entire collection but our faves are definitely the red patent leather high tops and the fuzzy black and white checkerboard slip ons with the yellow suede accents.
